you are wrong.
I had little to no sleep last night, but I believe I am almost done with this project of mine. My memory is the key. The next time I see the dream about my father's death, I should focus on what came after the hospital room.
That's how I met my best friend, after all. He was the only one who spoke not out of performative sympathy but genuinely. I didn't care that I was the only one who could see him. Besides, when we play CDS together, nobody questions his existence.
Those who question, though, can't see even the person standing right in front of them. If they can't see it, then it doesn't exist. By this logic, blind people are nonexistent because they can't see themselves?
That's why I want to give my friend a specific shape that is visible even to those who choose to be blind. CDS gave me this idea. When he manifests as my character and especially when he takes control of the character, he becomes very real for everyone around. What if I can give him the shape of the virtual assistant? People are obsessed over AI and would probably call the end result as such, but my friend is not artificial, and he is much more than just bare intelligence.
All I need for now is the anchor point. My mind is the server he runs on.
The break is almost over. Michael is very dramatic about test results again. Mine is better by 1 point, and his father is going to be absolutely ruthless about that. Gosh, why does everyone want to see us as rivals? Can't you just exist without one? Schools never teach anything good. Lie, snitch, be a weasel, and leave scorched earth behind.
Michael is my friend, even though everyone tries to make me believe he is my enemy.
Aniko is my best friend, even though everyone tries to convince me he doesn't exist.
I will prove them wrong. All of them.
