Starting a blog was a good idea. Writing down my thoughts helps me stay more balanced.
Quick recap of today, because I need to get back to coding ASAP.
Michael: We spoke a bit on our way home. He still doesn't know what to do with the project for the IT club, and he is very anxious about the talk with his parents he's about to have. I said he can tell his dad that we have the same test score, but his father is so obsessed with Michael's performance that he requests the scores of the whole class. What a maniac.
I promised to stay online so we can talk later. He will need my support. Besides, it would be nice to talk to someone late at night. I am fine with solitude, but I miss human connection during sleepless nights. That's why I am glad that Michael is an insomniac too.
Aniko: I showed my draft to the mentor at the IT club, and my work impressed him. As I predicted, my mentor thinks I am writing some sort of AI, even though I insist on the "virtual assistant" title. However, he admits that Aniko displays a lot of independence in his actions, even if they end up being beneficial for me. For example, Aniko finished my math homework while I was busy at the club. I haven't asked him, but I thought it would be cool to have more time for coding tonight. He kind of granted my wish without my direct command. Also, homework is not perfect. He did the same mistakes I would do, so I need to double-check everything. This means that my mind serves as his database. He doesn't have knowledge I do not have.
Oh, and! Aniko has changed a guestbook comment while I was absent. He's so funny when he's possessive. Nobody can use his nickname. Would you look at that! To the person who had left this guestbook entry: Sorry and thank you once again!
Home: My stepfather is not happy with my test score, because there should be no caps for me. 60 out of 60? I should've scored 61. Got hit in the chest for that. Do better next time.
Can't wait to get rid of him.

That's all, I think. Now back to work. I have an assistant to enhance and… I have other plans in mind, but that's for later. First of all, I need to study, so Aniko has more of the shared knowledge. He will probably do better with my homework next time.
